This website is owned and managed by MRQ Trading LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” “UAEB2B Directory” or “MRQ Trading LLC”) and provides business-to-business directory services, offering a platform for users to showcase their business information. By accessing or using this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Directory Services

UAEB2B Directory offers a business-to-business directory where businesses can add their information to be visible to other businesses and the general public. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information posted by third-party submitters or businesses. MRQ Trading LLC does not endorse any businesses or listings found on the Directory.

 

3. Content Submission

• User-Submitted Content: Users may submit or upload information, including but not limited to business descriptions, contact information, and services offered (“Content”).
• Responsibility of Submitters: You acknowledge that UAEB2B Directory is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of the Content submitted by other users. You are solely responsible for the Content you submit and agree to comply with all applicable laws.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, offensive, or violates third-party rights. UAEB2B Directory reserves the right to remove or edit Content that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms.
• Rights to Content: By submitting Content to the Directory, you grant UAEB2B Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Content in connection with the Directory.

4. Return Policy

The Directory does not engage in the sale of physical goods; therefore, we do not have a product return policy. However, if you purchase any promotional or premium listing packages on the Directory, please note:

• Refund requests for purchased listings must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.
• Refunds will only be considered if there has been a technical issue with your listing.
• All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of UAEB2B Directory and are final.
• No refunds will be provided for completed or utilized services.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

• Content Disclaimer: UAEB2B Directory is not liable for any Content submitted by other users. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content. Users understand that using or relying on any Content found in the Directory is at their own risk.
• Directory Performance: While UAEB2B Directory strives to maintain the Directory’s availability and functionality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Directory and its Content are provided “as-is” and “as available.”

• User Rights: You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any of the materials found on the Directory without UAEB2B Directory’s prior written consent.

 

8. Prohibited Activities

By using our Directory, you agree not to engage in any of the activities including, but not limited to:

• Submitting any information that is false, misleading, deceptive, or intended to misinform other users.
• Uploading content that contradicts cultural values, morals, or is offensive to public decency. This includes, but is not limited to, vulgar language, explicit images, or lewd conduct.
• Posting content with political or religious agendas, or content that promotes any form of religious or political extremism, or incites hatred or intolerance.
• Submitting content or engaging in behavior that discriminates, threatens, or harasses individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Posting content that contains threats of violence, promotes violence, or encourages harm to others.
• Engaging in or promoting any activity that is illegal or that violates local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Uploading or sharing any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Using the Directory to distribute spam, unsolicited messages, chain letters, or engage in phishing scams.
• Uploading files or links that contain viruses, malware, or any other code that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Directory or its users.
• Impersonating any person, business, or entity, or falsely representing an affiliation with any individual or entity.

9. Termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE, Abu Dhabi for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Directory.

 

11. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MRQ Trading LLC with respect to the use of the UAEB2B Directory and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
